shut-off valves and power sources for anything
using water, gas or electricity
• Keep a list of reliable service providers, or work
with an estate management firm to schedule
and oversee repairs, maintenance, and seasonal
home preparations

of valuables, solar-activated interior and
outdoor lighting, security cameras, and photos
of your belongings
